Are you an applesauce lover? An applesauce hater? I found a recipe online to make applesauce muffins. I made some changes and I tweaked it to use up some leftover baby apple puree I had. The result? The best tasting muffins ever.

I am so glad you have stopped by. My name is Courtney. I am a preemie mom to a 35 weeker, a preeclampsia survivor and loss mom from an ectopic pregnancy. I blog about preemies, preeclampsia, ectopic pregnancy and motherhood. After my experience with severe preeclampsia, I felt very alone and thought I was the only one to experience what I did.
