Update: 7/18/20

I froze half of this batch of applesauce muffins that I made for this post. And they freeze beautifully! I let the muffins defrost in the fridge overnight. Then each morning I put them in the microwave for 20 seconds to make them warm. The microwave also makes them seem like I made them that morning.

I gave them to my daughter each morning for breakfast this week. My husband also snuck a few applesauce muffins on his way out to work each morning.
