Everybody eats food, but is baby food really that different?
You may be interested in the stages of baby food and how it changes as they grow up. They start out on milk or formula and slowly work their way up to solid foods. Infants are curious by nature and seem to always find their way sucking on new things to them. As a mother or father, you want them to be able to eat baby food that is appropriate for their age.
