Everything I Used for Toys

Cora LOVES stuffed animals. She always has. When she got older it has been great to help her learn animal sounds and the names of the animals. She loves to play with them as well.

I really love this wooden toy. I like how we can sort by colors and shapes. As well as counting the holes. It is also a puzzle. First year toys and books that can help teach your baby simple things like colors shapes and numbers are especially good.

Bubbles are so fun! It is a fun way to get your baby to crawl or run to pop up the bubbles. I love this one because it is battery-operated and creates different-sized bubbles.

This is a fun photo book. I put in photos of my parents and siblings as well as photos of me and Steven. It has helped Cora to learn people’s names.

I bought Cora this toy for her first birthday. She loved it and enjoyed it. But she really didn’t start playing with it herself until closer to 15 months. I still think it is great for the list of first year toys and books.

These stacking cups are so great for young babies and even toddlers. They are small, so it is easy for them to stack themselves and grab. Cora loved to knock down the towers when she was learning to crawl and sit up. This is a great thing for you to add to your babies first year toys and books.

These links are so great. I attached them to toys and hung them off chairs. Or hung them on the shopping cart to keep toys attached. They are inexpensive and great to have on hand.

Everything I Used for Books

Indestructible: I love these books! Cora loves them too. They are truly Indestructible. They cannot be ripped and babies can chew on them. I have the Baby Let’s Eat and the Baby Faces

My daughter loves this book. It is easily one of her favorites. It is a great book to use to learn animal noises and names. As well as strengthening their fine motor skills by using the flaps to open to see the animals.

This is another one of my daughter’s favorite books. Helped teach her animal sounds and she loved the touch and feel aspect.
